As part of your application and, where applicable, your recruitment, NACEL collects the information necessary to assess your profile, assign you to a position and manage your employment.

Depending on the circumstances, these processing activities are based on pre-contractual measures necessary to process your application, the performance of your employment contract, compliance with NACEL's legal obligations, NACEL's legitimate interests, or your consent, where required.
Your personal data is primarily accessible to authorised members of the American Village Operations Team, as well as other NACEL departments that require access for the administrative, employment or contractual management of your recruitment.
If you are recruited, certain information may also be disclosed:
to the relevant public authorities and organisations, particularly for declarations relating to programmes involving minors through the French Téléprocédure Accueil de Mineurs (TAM) and to the relevant government departments (SDJES);
to social security, tax or administrative bodies where required by law;

NACEL implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of personal data and to restrict access to authorised persons only.

If you are recruited, the data required to manage and keep track of your seasonal employment with American Village will be retained and archived for three years from the end of your most recent employment contract.
Certain data may, however, be retained for a different period where necessary to comply with a legal, social security, tax, accounting or regulatory obligation, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
At the end of the applicable retention periods, your data will be deleted or anonymised unless its continued retention is required by law.
