School Trip Camps or Vacation Camps: 

Which one is best for you?

Bring the English language to life for school children from 8 to 14 years old during an American Village School Trip Camp.		Take part in an English immersion experience during school vacation periods, without leaving France, for kids from 8 to 17.
From march to october Dates and locations		April, Summer and October French School Vacations Dates and locations
Employment : - 6 weeks to 3 month commitments. - Monday to Friday - Sessions are 5 days long.		Employment :  - 1 week to 2 month commitments. - 6 work days a week  - Sessions are 6 or 13 days long.
The counselor team is made up of: 1 - Language Counselors:      *Seeking experience with students   2 - Camp Director (French required)		The counselor team is made up of: 1 - Language Counselors 2 - Daily Life Counselors (French required) 3 - Camp Director (French required)

The 5 Program Themes

	American Village makes up the majority of our English immersion camps across France. Campers take a trip to the heart of North America without having to cross the ocean. Campers are introduced to great classics of Canadian and American summer camps 'Capture the Flag' and 'Camp Fire with S'mores'.		British Village allows campers to be immersed in the culture of their nearest anglophone neighbours. Through fun lessons done in British English they learn about the four nations of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and their rich history. Notable cultural figures like Sherlock Holmes are brought to life through activities the counselors create, like 'Detective Workshops' and 'Riddle Solving'.

	A camp in English for adventurers! The campers are put in the shoes of a true adventurer – from pioneer to pirate – they set off for adventures and conquer North American nature with this program specially designed for budding explorers. This includes English lessons, excursions, activities and finally, fantastic evening programs: the recipe for an ideal camp!		Prepare your magic wand, the Wizard School is opening its doors! The program is specially designed by the counselor team to make magic come true! Between learning English and immersion in the mysterious and fantastic universe of the Wizard School, get ready to bring magical moments to our apprentice witch and wizard campers.

	At American Green Village, we believe in the power of learning, discovery and fun, while adopting an eco-responsible approach. By discovering the movements that have shaped ecological awareness in the United States, we observe how with simple gestures, everyone can have an impact on the preservation of the environment while having fun!
